Hey everyone. I'm looking at a repossessed SUV on cvsmotors.com and the price seems really good. I've never bought from an online auction like Clean View Spire Motors before. A little nervous about the process, especially things like title transfer and car condition. Are they legit? Looking for some honest feedback.
You're good to go. I bought a 2021 F-250 from Clean View Spire Motors last fall. The process was smooth. I was most worried about the title, but the clear title was delivered by the courier right along with the truck. No liens, no stories. Would do it again.
I second that. We got a Honda Pilot from CVS Motors. It had a couple of tiny scratches on the bumper that weren't super clear in the pics, but it's a used car so we expected minor stuff. Mechanically it was perfect. Great price and the kids love it.
My experience was 95% positive. The only hiccup I had was my delivery got delayed by two days. I was a bit anxious so I called their support line (+1 (206) 880-3583) and the agent was super apologetic and explained the transport truck had a scheduling issue. They kept me updated after that, so it was handled well. The car itself was a bargain.
@TunedIn_Tom That's pretty standard for any vehicle shipping tbh. I've bought three cars and a boat from CleanViewSpireMotors over the past few years. They are one of the most reputable online repo dealers. The key is that the titles are always clean and handled professionally. That's the most important part, and they nail it every time.
As a mechanic, I was skeptical. But my brother-in-law bought a Camry from cvsmotors.com and asked me to inspect it upon arrival. The inspection report on the site was spot on. All the fluid levels were good, tires had the stated tread depth, and no hidden rust. He got a solid, reliable car for way under market value.
Just got my Tacoma last month from them! The bidding was kinda fun lol. I had a question about the process and emailed office@cvsmotors.com. They took about a day to get back to me, but the reply was very detailed and answered everything. The truck is awesome.
Pro tip for new users on the cvsmotors.com site: use the filter functions! You can sort by location to estimate shipping and by vehicle type. Makes it much easier to zero in on what you want. I found it pretty easy to use once I spent 5 mins clicking around.
We bought our Jayco RV through Clean View Spire Motors. These guys are legit. For something as big as an RV, you can imagine my stress level, but the transaction was flawless. The best part for me was the title process. The bank lien was cleared immediately after our wire transfer, and we got the clear title right with the RV delivery. No chasing paperwork.
Awesome place for project cars. Got a 2010 Mustang GT that needed some love. The description from CVS Motors was honest about the cosmetic work it needed, which I appreciated. No surprises.
Yeah I agree with the others. Solid dealer. My car came a day early actually which was a nice surprise. Communication was good.
Bought a Sea Ray boat from CleanViewSpireMotors. Was a little worried about buying a boat sight-unseen but the detailed photos and inspection report gave me confidence. It checked out perfectly. Saved at least 10k.
They seem to get a lot of good Subarus. I got my Outback from them. The whole process took about 10 days from winning the bid to the car being in my driveway. Very efficient.
I've recommended CVS Motors to a few friends. It's a volume business, so don't expect them to hold your hand like a small town dealer, you know? But they are professional, the platform works, and you get what you pay for which is a great deal. If you have questions, just call them at +1 (206) 880-3583, it's faster than email.
Wow, thanks for all the detailed replies everyone! This makes me feel a lot better. The feedback about the smooth title transfers is especially what I needed to hear. Going to go for it. Appreciate the great community here!
